Saying goodbye is never easy but today I said goodbye to my last class in the Syracuse City School District. I’ve made so many amazing memories in these last 5 years. Next year I’ll be teaching at the Altmar Parish Williamstown (APW) School District & will be 5th grade again.

Change can be hard but sometimes it’s necessary. Last year I knew I needed to change to help my health and stress levels. A new teaching job which has been less stress and a decision in September to be healthier. In 7.5 months of less stress and being healthier I’ve lost 30lbs.

Bad News: I dropped a 35 pound plate on my foot while working out 33 days before my wedding. Let’s hope I didn’t break anything 😭😩😑😬 Good News: today I also squatted 135 pounds for a new PR
