Ben Newmark GCSE history has always been the equivalent of sprinting a marathon. Huge content range, not enough time & if you don’t literally tell the pupils the stuff they’ll probably fail as an obscure question inevitably will come up. Challenging

I've made up my department welcome packs for tomorrow. Amongst the essentials like coffee, chocolate and stationery (of course) I've got the LambHeartTea (she/her) & Rachel Ball for the two ECTs and the Dr Haili Hughes FRSA for my co-mentor. Big couple of years ahead for the 4 of us!
