My by-election victory was a big message to the Labour Mayor to stop the ULEZ expansion.

Yet, he ignored the residents of Uxbridge & South Ruislip and outer Londoners.

But, Susan IS listening to us.

She WILL stop ULEZ on day 1 of her Mayoralty.

Hillingdon Labour moved an amendment that DID NOT ADD UP. They had Savings Proposals totalling £1,041k yet the items identified sum to £295k.

Their amendment would not deliver a balanced budget - they would start with a shortfall of £746k.

Yet none of them noticed.....or cared
