Households with fit adults who are not working full time... could you go and give blood? You are allowed out to do this and you will be helping- there will be regular donors unable to get out because of self-isolation and blood and blood products are really important.

Thank you Megan Powell! Megan is the 2020 European Sprint Duathlon Champion in her age group and a 4th year medical student. She's currently working as a supermarket assistant, in which she has picked up extra shifts to ensure we are all kept happy and healthy.
