“Plans to discuss a vote, which could turn the UCP into a separatist party, are afoot at the top levels of the organization.” #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli calgaryherald.com/opinion/column…

The Breakdown Getting elected as a federalist party and then essentially switching sides once elected would certainly merit new party status & immediately trigger an election, unless, of course, the UCP create and pass legislation to say otherwise. This will not go well for any of us in AB.

Leaders of a small Alberta town are worried about how to pay a 320% hike to their policing bill over the next 5 years. As Sean Amato reports, the provincial government is denying responsibility but the NDP says Alberta is downloading costs. #ableg edmonton.citynews.ca/video/2026/02/…

I just want to give a shout out to my neighbours out here. Someone posted a list of locations that are hosting signings for the separatist petitions on the Lloyd what's happening facebook page, and every single comment was thanking them for the list of businesses to boycott.

When the time comes, I’ll be voting to confirm my committment to Canada. Canada is a work in progress, and there’s never going to be an end to that work, but it’s the work that we aspire to and embrace that defines us. Destroying is easy. Seeing an ideal through? Timeless.

Albertans are often told “Notley destroyed the economy” (when the hardship was really caused by low oil prices, not NDP policies). But, what we should REALLY be asking is why are things NOT better under Smith (who has benefited from high prices and post-payout royalties).

For those friends here that I love and adore… Brace for a referendum The Separatists have an incredibly low bar for number of signatures required Our #ForeverCanadian family had the truly challenging task and we blew the numbers well out of the park🇨🇦 #ableg #Canada

The Breakdown @laurababcock contrary to what one of your guests mentioned today -- UCP are not serving Albertans at all. Alberta's democracy is under attack via UCP disinformation, deceit & corruption. #CorruptCare. #HandsOffMyCPP #MountainsNotMines #FUCP #HarperAndSon #ProudBoysPreying CBC
