An unbelievable kick from Phil Sesemann 🔥 At the London 5000 in Highgate, he puts on the after burners to run 13:46.49 for 5000m ⚡️ To put that into perspective, it’s not far off his 5000m PB of 13:45.73 from 2019 🏃

Can we rewind and do Friday night all over again? The LDN5000 smashed expectations and firmly stamped itself as a premier event on the UK racing calendar. Electric crowds, beers flowing, street food, music, and an atmosphere like no other. Same time again next year?
