Check out our latest story in Molecular Cell. Our team pairs the dTAG system with deep genomic analysis to determine the spatiotemporal role of SMARCA5 in the maintenance of chromatin structure and function. bit.ly/3GNCalx
We spent more time than we'd like to admit staring at adapter sequences, but we've put together a protocol for dual-indexed PRO-seq library prep. Based off of the TRUseq Small RNA kit, the protocol can be easily adapted for other small RNA applications. researchsquare.com/article/rs-311…
Congrats to Anna and Scott for bringing home the Frank Chytil Travel Award and the Richard Armstrong Mentoring Award from yesterday's Vanderbilt Biochemistry Departmental Award reception!
