Today is Day 1 and I feel good

just rediscovering myself for the 20th time in 2 years. no big deal

I’ve been doing a voluntary 28 day stay at a facility to get help for my mental health and addictions. I’ve done more healing here in a week than I have the past 20 years. Beyond grateful 🙏🏾

I don’t think I’ve ever felt real contentment like I do now. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually… I’m healthy. So proud of myself 🤍

Think I’m gonna attempt to become friends with the crows in my neighborhood

I haven’t played any Sims games in so long. Currently playing Sims 2 and I find myself smiling. I love the little quirks in this game.
