One of our volunteers came across this Caution against the solemnization of Clandestine Marriages of 5th Dec 1854. It makes an example of Rev Thomas Tierney Fergusson, a RC Priest, convicted of a felony at the Old Bailey Court, after he knowingly solemnized a clandestine marriage
