SES students in Ms. Hulbert’s fifth grade class have been working to learn about immigration and asylum seekers. Students created blankets that will be donated to the Welcome Blanket organization who provides the quilt to a family that is immigrating to the US. #lsuuvt

Two PAML teams entered the VTC Bridge Building Competition and had the two strongest bridges overall! One held 2,000 lbs. and the other held 3250 lbs. which broke the PAML record for the strongest bridge. The PAML teams won first and second place overall. Congrats! #lsuuvt

The best way to gauge the quality of someone’s ideas isn’t to listen to them talking. It’s to read their writing. Compelling speakers can mask weak logic with strong charisma. Putting key points on a page exposes flawed reasoning. Compelling writing requires clear thinking.
