Ravenous (by my wife jemima lewis and me) won best food book at the André Simon awards last night. Incredibly touched to follow in my mum's footsteps. Although she was quick to point out she won it twice (in 1978 and 1979). 😂 Still work to do.

Ravenous by Henry Dimbleby should be a must-read for everyone. The most important non-fiction book I’ve read. How our diet is hurting/killing us and killing the planet. Some pretty simple things can be implemented personally and governmentally. But govt are afraid. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
