We have been on site since November 2023 with refurbishment to existing blocks, this year we begun on the sports facility which will target an A+ EPC rating 🌱

It was great to have York College students back on site at our The Cocoa Works project a few weeks ago!

The tour - which was led by Andy Greaves, Sam Hodgkinson and Kate Nelson - gave the next generation a look at various elements of construction 👏
