Nice day out doing The Tough One. Good performance by all Henfield Joggers and knocked 22 mins off last year's time. Great event!

Won the curiously named Seven Stiles race hosted by Henfield Joggers. Actually only one stile to go over & a gate.3.8 miles XC in 20:33.
