I really wanted to put in my short story collection for the Prototype prize, but it's disqualified because, well, short stories in it have been published (in various places over various years)

Can't help but feel sad for this collection. Much love to the literary journals who have put out stories from it (including minor literature[s] , Wild Hunt Books PRISM international (SUBS OPEN) Extra Teeth Gutter and others)
