It was wonderful to see so many people out on the Haringey Cycling community bike ride this drizzly 🌧️November day! If people feel safe to cycle it doesn’t matter what the weather’s like. 🙌 #ActiveTravel #StreetsForPeople
💙 Hi from Ushma, paramedic with NHS LAS Cycle Team. She loves riding her fully-kitted bike to emergencies all over central London - "We help tourists, party-goers, city workers. Particularly Soho we get there a lot quicker than the ambulance." #TeamLAS #LondonLovesCycling

For five years residents in St Ann’s Ward campaigned for this scheme. A ward which had seven schools and was drowning in through traffic - has been transformed. Haringey Council needs to do more, not less on healthy streets. Please take 5mins to give the scheme your support! 🙏
Friends of Healthy Streets St Ann's are fundraising for more trees on West Green Road, where it borders St Ann’s / West Green. Please donate if you can and / or help us to spread the word!! sponsor.treesforstreets.org/crowdfunder/le… Trees for Streets
Some incredible leadership from Haringey Council on healthy streets tonight! Congratulations to Peray Ahmet and Mike Hakata for your delivery of bold schemes to support walking, cycling, and wheeling.
As we move into the next chapter of Haringey's LTNs, Cllr Mike Hakata highlights their positive impact. 🌳 The Bounds Green, St Ann's, and Bruce Grove West Green LTNs were given the green light to continue. Let's keep working together for a fairer, greener borough.
