Meet your Convener and Depute Convener!

Super important for parents to be there for their child during the transition between primary and high school as this change can be incredibly daunting for young people and this can impact their mental wellbeing. These are some amazing tips for how you can help support!

Today I’m excited to launch a Social Media Campaign on Mental Health Transitional Support, and would like to invite you all to #LetsTalkTransitions! The purpose of this is to raise awareness of the Transition Process for young people. Please share far and wide!💗 (1/2)
