My recollection (and the transcript abc.net.au/radio/programs… ) is that he was responding to a question on "an underlying medical condition" and he talks about getting "your diagnosis into the system" He was rather vague about the context of the advice though

Do you suppose he knows that #myhealthrecord has no place for your medical history? A Shared Health Summary is a snapshot of your current status, not a history, although you might try and put a few words in it because there is nowhere else.
