2/ The work was needed as the station wasn’t designed for the large number of passengers using it. Crowding on platforms and escalators led to a poor passenger experience and trains along the Brighton Main Line and as far as #Cambridge & #MiltonKeynes were frequently delayed.

i’m on the 10:32 london to Sheffield EMR it had a fault so we fixed it the train manger said to cross our fingers so it doesn’t happen again japans trains run on time. the uks trains on crossed fingers.
