Great news.. a Metro Vancouver affordable housing project in the DNV! Thank you to my 2018-2022 council colleagues who supported this, in particular Mathew Bond who was a real advocate on this one #northvan




There is a housing crisis in Metro Van. 62,000 low-income households pay more than 50% of their income on housing. Shifting 70% of the newly constructed rentals towards non-market = almost 75,000 more affordable homes for low-income households. Read our report Vancity Community Foundation
