So some dalit communities won't face caste discrimination from today because they're "uplifted SCs", is it guaranteed by Chandrachud,Gavai,Sharma,Nath,Misra,Mithal? Collegium led by Chandrachud after subclassification will atleast find backward ST to be appointed in apex Court?

Did they ever think of sub classifying upper caste categories, some upper castes are always having over representation in Supreme Court judges appointments.
