Folk-inspired hand-painted #pysanka #Easter eggs by Dinara Mirtalipova, self-taught illustrator/designer, born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.Pysanka means 'to inscribe,' because the designs are drawn on in beeswax.

Can confirm that the RPS Awards is a great way to spend one’s birthday! The celebrations continue from the sofa today, reflecting on 7+ months of planning, with much gratitude for musicians and life-enhancing music. Thanks to my fab colleagues and all who made it so special ❤️

Wonderful to hear Poulenc’s Ave verum corpus on BBC Radio 3 with Sarah Walker. Learned it as a teenager 20+ years ago and can still sing it from memory, which seems extraordinary given the difficulty I have memorising anything now!
