Session 5 Swim England Hertfordshire (Swim Herts) 🌟 A brilliant swim by our junior club captain Aaron in the 400 free with a huge PB, regional QT and a fantastic bronze medal 🥉 He also broke the 12yr club record which has been standing since 2011! A great start to the day!
