Restoring pride in Harlow 🧹🖌️ We've recently been cleaning and repainting underpasses around town, as well as giving the Bush Fair shopping centre a spruce up. The works have been funded by the Estate Renewal Fund. 🧵

During our meeting yesterday evening, Youth Councillors were involved in a consultation around Stewardship. Thank you HGGT for delivering a fun and engaging workshop!

At our HYC meeting yesterday evening we discussed vaping amongst young people. Thank you to our guest Donna Lee- Public Health Improvement Practitioner from Harlow Council for joining us.

Thank you to Councillor Seales for attending our HYC meeting. We discussed safety of young women and girls, shared updates on recent events and certificates were presented for our Basic First Aid Training.

Guests from EFDC joined us at our meeting and delivered a session around the Design Code. We talked about what our ideal Harlow would look like and how outdoor spaces could be improved for everyone.

At our HYC meeting we took part in the latest VVU Listening Project- we shared our views on what can be done to help young people feel safer in their local area.

Harlow Youth Council are working to promote the importance of 60 minutes of daily exercise for all children and young people. Thank you DANCE FUSION HARLOW for a great clubbercise session. We really enjoyed it!
