Introducing Steve, Steve has worked for the trust since 1994. Steve has worked in both adult and older adult services undergoing clinical and managerial roles as well as spending 5 years with the PEF team supporting Learners.

Krisna has been working for the Team since June but before this was working on our Female PICU. Krisna is a Global leader from the Caribbean and has been working closely to help support our international nurses. Krisna doesn't understand "Why British people eat so many chips"

Andrea Has been working with the Team since August. Throughout her career she has worked on in-patient wards in both a clinical and managerial role. Andrea enjoys working closely as a team. Her vision is to show people all the development opportunities available at the Harbour.

"Support". We believe that support is described differently by every individual. This is why we have developed our own supervision structure to help develop our newly qualified nurses and achieve support.
