Over the summer we had Bradford City's very own Sam Walker visit our academy alongside Aspire Pro Coaching. He was extremely impressed with our Bradford City museum and spent time looking around our collected memorabilia. #MuseumAtHanson

It’s been a busy week at Hanson Academy as we welcomed some of our new Year 7 students to our Summer School. They have been busy getting taster sessions in a variety of different subjects. We are all really excited for them to start the new school year on Tuesday!

Start of term: Mon 2nd Sept - staff training day Tues 3rd Sept- Year 7, 11, 12 and 13 Wed 4th Sep - all year groups Gates open at 8am, students should arrive by 8.20am, ready to start at 8.25am. We look forward to seeing you all for the start of a fantastic new term.

It was fabulous to see all our Y7, Y11 & Post 16 students today. We look forward to welcoming the remaining students tomorrow morning!

We delivered Krispy Kreme doughnuts to all Y11 students in attendance at after school Maths intervention yesterday. Well done Y11 brilliant attendance and a fantastic start to the year.
