Excited to share cool findings in our recent article. Amino acid sensing complex, GATORs were first discovered by Liron Bar-Peled and David M. Sabatini group. 1/6 # We show that colon tumors deregulate GATORs to boost mTORC1 and drive tumors in vivo.
