Group 27-resistant waterhemp has been confirmed in Essex, Chatham-Kent, Lambton, Elgin, Middlesex, Northumberland, and Stormont-Glengarry-Dundas counties in Ontario. Please note in the picture - three waterhemp plants were susceptible and three were resistant to a Group 27.

Herbicide-resistant waterhemp in Ontario is spreading. 7 counties have 5-way resistance to Groups 2, 5, 9, 14, and 27. See below for the most up-to-date map
