It was a very calm during our visual arts workshops on Tuesday. In the morning Avery continued with his mark making, having found the perfect spot to create. Molly explored marbling with shaving foam and Flexible Futures continued with developing their own artworks. #thisismyart

1/2 In May I visited Project Art Works to meet their artists and find out about the excellent practice they have supporting disabled artists. On the first day we met Michelle, Charlie, Will (his work is in the images attached) and Eden. The staff were a great support in our R&D

2/2 On our second day we explored more of the buildings and artist spaces, inc. Eden Kötting's still life. We explored the work of other artists who weren't present on our visit days and discussed ideas we could incorporate into our practice in Visual Arts Sense

Throughout April, May and June Cosby Yarn Bomb worked with the PWS at Sense college Loughborough and in the local community to develop a This Is My Art inspired yarn bomb installation, which is now on display in the Hub Gallery, to celebrate #DeafBlindAwarenessWeek
