Connecting Runcorn and Widnes since 1961, the Silver Jubilee Bridge is a striking steel arch over the River Mersey. Renamed in 1977 to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee, it remains a proud symbol of Halton’s heritage.
