Meet the Chef: Mark Waters AKA Grill Master Waters. Mark is our Head BBQ Chef teaching our weber Grill Academy courses! Mark is a keen and dedicated barbecuer, whatever the weather, making him extremely knowledgable!

We host up to 8 weddings per season and our woodland weddings are very popular. We offer a magical space for those wishing to be married outdoors and surrounded by nature.

We love seeing our herd of #EnglishLonghorn cattle grazing in the fields. Did you know that English Longhorn cattle are a long-horned brown and white breed of beef cattle originating from the north of England. The oldest native traditional breed in the UK.

Learn how to light and manage temperature on your charcocal BBQ at our Weber Grill Academy. We use our chimney starters and explain when to choose either lumpwood or briquettes and how to maintain a consistent temperature in your grill.

While ‘Glamping’ might sound like a nonsense word, it actually represents an alternative to the traditional camping holiday. Glamping is a portmanteau of ‘Glamorous Camping,’ taking the concept of camping and making it more appealing to a wider audience.
