What an absolutely unbelievable game at the Academy tonight! The year 8B boys team played out a 6v6 draw with The Grange! An incredible game that was end to end throughout! Luca scored 4 and Caiden 2 for Halewood. Congratulations to all involved!

Superb performance from our year 8B boys team. We lost narrowly 2-3 v LDA (A/B) The whole team performed exceptionally with our goals coming from a back post header from Luca after a superb delivery from Caiden. Our 2nd was an expert finish from Harvey! Mr Rylands was proud!

Congratulations to our year 8A boys football team! In horrendous conditions they beat Kirkby 4-1. It was an all round top performance with Luca bagging all 4 goals from some fantastic assists! Mr Rylands is very proud!

Unbelievable game tonight at LDA! In an end to end game we drew 4v4! Despite a dominant start, creating lots of chances we found ourselves 2-0 down! Luca then chipped the GK from distance (Think Rooney from the halfway line!) and a great finish from Alfie made it 2-2 at the break

LDA then scored again but Lealand levelled with a tidy finish! LDA then scored another superb goal and it was 4-3 into injury time. An outstanding cross from Joe was converted by Luca to level the tie! Superb game all round! Mr Rylands was delighted!

Fantastic experience for our students attending Everton v Notts Forest in partnership with Everton in the Community today! Mr Rylands was delighted with the result too! Huge thank you to Miss Brougham for accompanying the students! Great day all round!
