I am *still* hearing about school proudly announcing their plans to build flexible, open-plan learning spaces with no walls etc, and my advice to anyone thinking about doing this is do not do this.

Richlynn, our service dog in training at OldMillNorth, likes to have a power nap in the library before students arrive. I can't say that I blame her!

Had fun with a little research mini-lesson today, where the students evaluated whether my resources were credible.

These two found some good books to check out at our peer recommendation station. OldMillNorth has some great books, and students are enjoying sharing their favorites with their peers!

The best feeling for me will always be when a student is so excited to find a book cover with a character that looks like them, and they thank me for having it in the library. 🙂
