Finally have a parish home where I can lead SoulCore classes. Rosary and movement. No Catholic needs Hindu bodily prayer (yoga) for health. We have all that we need elsewhere to align ourselves mind, body, soul with God’s design. He is good. He is trustworthy. 💙
