Congratulations to the independents of Headstone ward. Getting nearly 800 votes each was a very credible result first time out. If they were a party, they would now be third largest in the ward. That's impressive!

Our London Borough of Harrow is creating more 20mph streets. Instead of enforcing the 20mph limit, the council is also installing 35 sets of expensive traffic cushions on these roads. Traffic cushions do not slow traffic to 20mph. If they did, there would be no need for the speed limit.
