Excellent talk from Henry Temple on the role of Golgi SAM transporters in pectin methylation, building on his 2022 paper nature.com/articles/s4147… #cellwall2023

Proud to share this story from Alexander Jones 🌈 and Giles E D Oldroyd 🏳️🌈 teams at Sainsbury Laboratory Cambridge University (SLCU) looking at where, when and how plant hormone Gibberellin (GA) acts in nitrogen-fixing nodule development using a next-generation GA sensor biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

🧵Amazing news: as of April 2024 I'll be joining University of Dundee as a lecturer. I am thrilled about this wonderful opportunity to establish a lab in crop epigenetics 🌱🍅🍓 at the James Hutton Institute James Hutton Institute (Plant Science Division) & join the talented D'Arcy Thomson Unit.

🌱Are you interested in climate change and how plants can adapt to stress?☀️ Fully funded @socobiodtp #PhD in my lab School of Biosciences, University of Kent University of Kent in beautiful Canterbury (UK) Feel free to contact me to know more! southcoastbiosciencesdtp.ac.uk/project/hybrid… Deadline: 8th January 2024 RT🙏 1/n #scijob

Plantcellwall2024 Looking forward to seeing you all in Santiago, Chile! June 17-21, 2024! Dr. Bree Urbanowicz @INRApvpp Dr Jenny Mortimer Plant & Food Research

So pleased about this new paper out in Plant Physiology led by my amazing postdoc Yuan Zhang, and a very fruitful collaboration with Dr. Bree Urbanowicz and her team of RG-II wranglers (1/2) doi.org/10.1093/plphys… #plantsci #glycotime #GTs

Great opportunity to hear from terrific scientists working on #cellwall signalling, including our own Henry Temple. Join the online #PlantBio2024 Extended and dispel your #FoMo from missing Honolulu 🌱🌴🏖️ buff.ly/4dHmJuS

🚀Exciting news! I'm thrilled to share my first preprint as a post-doc at Sainsbury Laboratory Cambridge University (SLCU). We used snRNA-seq to capture, for the first time, the transcriptome of dissected wild-type shoot apical meristems (SAM) in Arabidopsis thaliana at the single-cell level. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

I am happy to announce that I'll be starting my research group at Sainsbury Laboratory Cambridge University (SLCU) this November! If you are enthusiastic about plant development and hormones in shaping form, please apply for the post-doc position advertised here: jobs.cam.ac.uk/job/48137/
