Earlier this week the HWCLI team was happy to visit Magnolia Gardens Senior Center with Senator Siela Bynoe and the honorable Viviana L. Russell to support seniors by distributing Stop & Shop gift cards to SNAP recipients.

Earlier this month HWCLI's President & CEO joined a panel on AI and New York’s energy future hosted with NY Transco, Regional Plan & Hofstra University. Our CEO outlined the importance of aligning AI & energy innovations with community needs, equitable permitting, & nonprofit advocacy!

The season of giving is starting early for many New Yorkers, as many will be able to get access to inhalers without straining their wallets. Governor Kathy Hochul signed a bill to make NY the first state in the nation to allow patients to access inhalers with no cost sharing!
