If a young person you are working with begins to feel their breath getting quicker and out of control, use this activity to help them slow down their breathing and calm down.

In the warm weather, it’s a good idea to check regularly if your baby is too hot. To do this, feel your baby’s chest or the back of their neck. If the skin here is hot or sweaty, remove a layer of clothing/bedding.
