Basketball is 90% political. The wrong voucher can ruin a kids chances.

How many times in sports that a ranked kid is not as good as another kid that isn't ranked? But the ranked kid has more vouchers.

Being ranked ONLY means you have more people vouching for than the unranked kid. Usually the unranked kid is better. Trust me I know this.
