In America, centuries of intentional policies have pushed Black people, Indigenous people, and other people of color into homelessness at disproportionate rates. Achieving housing justice cannot be achieved without achieving racial justice.

No serious person thinks throwing people in jail solves homelessness. After the morally bankrupt SCOTUS decision, our elected officials must protect the rights that SCOTUS gutted and fund programs, like housing, that solve homelessness.
