More than 10,000 expensive, traumatizing sweeps have happened in NYC since Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani took office, and yet homelessness just keeps getting worse. Facts are facts. Sweeps don't work. The city must abolish all policies criminalizing homelessness and invest in #HousingNotHandcuffs.
