Really struggled with my anxiety this week a lot of things going on in mum life but what put my anxiety into prospective was sitting with my friends partner talking about her funeral & him pouring his heart out what I’m worrying over is nothing!

A really good friend lost her fight with cancer last night. I will completely shattered! I haven’t known her long but the whole time I knew her she was a tough cookie, never gave up & always had a smile on her face. I’ll miss her so much

This little dog is such a sweetie wouldn’t leave my dad today cos she knew he was sad & needed support after losing his dad on Monday

Feeling really broken today. My last grandparent passed away last night in the past 2 years I’ve lost 8 people in my life

Left my side line job today & within an hour & a half I’d been removed from the WhatsApp group when someone else who left 2 months ago is still in it. Think someone feels threatened by my going it alone!
