Excellent talk by Dr Shahin Lockman highlighting the lack of data for HIV treatment in pregnancy and that "exclusion from research does not remove risk, but simply shifts risk". #vCROI2021

Proud to be a part of #vCROI2021 this year presenting our work on the in silico prediction of monthly bictegravir microneedle array patches. Using PBPK modelling we found bictegravir to be a promising candidate for once-monthly administration with practical patch sizes.
