Alfie and I tuning into Fazila Bunglawala's #CROI2020 talk on the identification of age-appropriate dosing strategies of bictegravir in neonates! Well done!

Excellent summary to show where the gaps are and why well designed studies are needed to avoid 'fake news' and erroneous conclusions

Presenting my #CROI2020 poster virtually this year! I used PBPK modelling to predict the drug-drug interaction between high dose once monthly rifampicin and several dolutegravir regimens #virtualCROI2020

The complexity of identifying #drugs against #Covid_19: are we asking the right questions for effective answers? Our brainstorm analysis with David Back, J. Shapiro and Gianni Di Perri on BSAC. Inst of Systems, Molecular & Integrative Biology doi.org/10.1093/jac/dk…

Grateful for the opportunity to share the progress we are making by combining in vitro techniques and PBPK modelling to support the clinical management of people living with HIV #WorldAIDSDay

Excellent talk by Dr Shahin Lockman highlighting the lack of data for HIV treatment in pregnancy and that "exclusion from research does not remove risk, but simply shifts risk". #vCROI2021

Proud to be a part of #vCROI2021 this year presenting our work on the in silico prediction of monthly bictegravir microneedle array patches. Using PBPK modelling we found bictegravir to be a promising candidate for once-monthly administration with practical patch sizes.

So incredibly proud of Kat Schneider and team for receiving an Oculus Launch Pad grant for the Potluck VR experience! Can't wait to learn how to cook virtual reality sushi from Japanese chef Yohei Kamiya!

We are delighted to publish our #PBPK model for dose escalation of ritonavir-boosted atazanavir to overcome the interaction with rifampicin. The clinical trial is underway: initial results presented at #EDCTPforum this week support model accuracy. link.springer.com/article/10.100…
