The Battle of the Atlantic Memorial at HMCS PREVOST / NCSM PREVOST is a tribute to the ships and men of the Royal Canadian Navy, lost in the longest running battle of the Second World War.

This year, as part of the Naval Reserve Centennial, the The Naval Association of Canada is developing an expansion to the memorial with addition of panels recognizing the names of individual sailors and aviators who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Battle of the Atlantic.

This morning I had the great honour of being presented with the first Poppy of the 2023 Poppy Campaign alongside esteemed members of the Canadian Armed Forces, the RCMP, and the London Police. Thank you to the Royal Canadian Legion for this ceremony.
