Veolia taught the Junior Aviators about climate change today.  They learned which gases are causing changes and the sources of those gases. The students also learned what they can do to conserve water and limit the amount of gases being emitted into our atmosphere.

The 7th grade reading classes engaged in Literature Circles to analyze elements such as characterization, imagery, figurative language, and vocabulary. After collaborating in expert jigsaw groups, they regrouped to discuss their findings.

Today’s Heroes and Cool Kids lesson was about building resilience, navigating conflict, the difference between empathy and sympathy, and the importance of respect.
