I'm excited to be exhibiting for the first time some of my abstract paintings at the Ash Art Fair this weekend. Do pop in if you're in the area!

I went to Beeches Nursery today and found this Ficus carica x pumila. I'd heard of it but never seen one. Apparently it grows like a pumila, but is much larger.

One of my favourite Aspidistra. This is Aspidistra elatior 'Sekko Kan' which is an old Japanese selection. It is like a combination of 'Okame' and 'Asahi' as it has both the variegation as well as the white tips.

Great to catch up with Matthew Pottage today, on the day it was announced he is moving on from Wisley! All the best to you, Matthew. I'm sure your new office will take some variegated plants ๐Ÿ˜
