The first residents of the new Nightingale Bowden development are due to move into their affordable and sustainable homes within weeks. Affordable homes to rent and buy are critical levers to hell relieve the pressure right across the housing market.

This project allows everyday South Australians like Sukura to bypass the current market conditions that are making home ownership unachievable for many.

We’re building another 29 homes in Belmont in partnership with Housing Choices Australia for those who need them most, including ageing Victorians. These homes are close to amenities and will use a community housing model that supports residents and builds links with local community.
