Tonight at 6pm we start our monthly collaboration with Alcoholics Anonymous, hearing personal stories from local people and their road to recovery. The show has already created a lot of interest even before it's first broadcast.

This Sunday at 6pm we're taking "A Walk In The Woods" The programme is produced and presented by Gill Sisson who was the winner of our 'Host Your Own Show' prize draw. Join the walkers as they reveal how spending time walking in local nature has huge therapeutic benefits

At 3pm this afternoon we remember David Semple who we lost last month after a short illness. David hosted Sunday 3-6pm for 20 years so we're paying tribute in this same timeslot as he takes to the air for a final time.
