HACE's Network of Care Program The "Spanish American Professional Firefighter Association" invited HACE's Network of Care program to participate in their annual Thanksgiving Turkey Basket giveaway event

Felix Beltram, Site Manager at Lehigh Park Apartments and his team gave out turkey dinners to needy families at his location. Felipe Cruz and Javier Preito gave out the turkey dinners and wished residents a great Thanksgiving from HACE and HMC. Thanks to Urban Affairs Coalition.

Residents worked on an arts and crafts today, making a flower pen as a method of reducing stress. They learned that through arts and crafts, and other forms of expression and activity, one can learn to reduce stress.

Playing dominoes with our residents. Dominoes, besides being exciting and original, require concentration and cunning. Although you do not believe it, playing it will provide relaxation, strengthen your intelligence and allow you to have a nice time with your friends or family.

Author, Kasy Heart spent some time with our Casa Caribe residents, sharing her life journey and experience with domestic violence, as well as teaching the women the importance of identifying signs of Domestic Violence.
