Caerphilly Rangers and CFCP had a lovely day at the Stronger Roots project at Penallta Park with Ysgol Penalltau. We practised team work and mindfulness exercises, as well as creating an imaginary safe space in our minds we can go when things become a bit too much.

A surprisingly sunny day at Red Brook Woods with Caerphilly Rangers and Graig Y Rhacca Primary school ☀️ The children and teachers enjoyed getting stuck in the spider's net🕸 and in the mud as well as completing sensory activities and teamwork exercises.

Very exciting & inspiring meeting with coaches from Valleys Gymnastics 💙 at their Go Gym club in Cwmbran Stadium to plan a new project together that has children's development & wellbeing at the heart 🤸‍♀️ Really looking forward to seeing where this partnership goes 😊

Rhydri Primary school had a much nicer experience of Stronger Roots this week, compared to the snow and freezing temperatures last time 🥶 This time we had lots of smiles and laughter 🍁🌿

Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Allta had their their 3rd time out with Stronger Roots in Penallta Parc. This time we had warm sunshine and the children made clay monsters, talked about each others' superpowers, and worked as a team in the spiders web. A wonderful day with wonderful children
