Yes!!!! @MsMcCollumAP my very thoughts I’ve expressed all week. It’s the day to day subtle systematic racism that often goes unseen and/or unspoken.

It’s within our power to identify and challenge our own policies, structures and practices that perpetuate systemic oppression. Schools can’t be a good place to teach and learn until it’s a good place for ALL students and teachers (regardless of race) to teach and learn.
