🚨BREAKING🚨 GOF, GOA, & Missouri's Attorney General Andrew Bailey just sued Jackson County MO for its sweeping gun control ordinance stripping 18-to-20-year-olds of their right to keep and bear arms. The County enacted this ordinance "hoping for a court battle."  Well, now they've got one.

🚨BREAKING🚨 U.S. Department of Justice claims that federal, state, and local governments can transfer machineguns to anyone – for any reason! So why is ATF HQ prosecuting MAGA sheriffs under the very same statute for possessing machineguns?

The 2A is winning against gun control in court—including in the 5th Circuit on 922(g)(3). Why is @theJusticeDept intentionally choosing a case with bad facts—basically, an Iranian sleeper cell—to ask SCOTUS to uphold gun control “in the vast majority of its applications”?

GOA has long argued the NFA’s registration mandates are unconstitutional and violate the Second Amendment. Because Congress only zeroed out the tax, we’re preparing a legal challenge to strike down the rest of this abusive federal power grab. 🔥🔥🔥

We are hopeful our push for a preliminary injunction in Jackson County, MO will be granted and that young adults will regain the right to keep and bear arms. This county will learn not to pick fights it can't win.💪

GOA/GOF just filed a lawsuit in the Western District of Pennsylvania challenging the USPS prohibition-era law that bans the mailing of handguns.

GOA & Gun Owners Foundation cannot wait to appeal this activist ruling! This issue has been settled since SCOTUS refused to prohibit printing the news about the Pentagon Papers. The 2A might be treated like a "second-class right," but presumably the First Amendment is still en vogue.
